HubSpot

We use HubSpot for our online marketing activities. With this software solution we cover, among other things, these aspects of our online marketing:

  • Hosting content, news and events
  • E-mail marketing (trade fair invitations, new content promotion)
  • Landing Pages and Contact Forms
  • Social Media Publishing & Reporting
  • Reporting (e.g. traffic sources, accesses, etc.)

Our contact forms allow visitors of our website to learn more about our company, download content, and provide us with their contact information and other demographic information.

This information is stored on servers of our software partner HubSpot. This information can be used by us to contact visitors of our website and to determine which services of our company are of interest for them. The statistical usage data of our online marketing offers serves to optimize the website functions and to provide our website visitors with content that is tailored to their interests.

In this context, we have designed our e-mail service so that we are automatically informed, for example, if and when an e-mail was opened and at what point in time which link was clicked in the e-mail. This means that for the e-mail and online marketing activities described above, the complete IP address of the website visitors is also recorded, but it is not permanently.

All information we collect is subject to this privacy policy. We use the information collected exclusively to optimize our services. Users can request a copy of the information we hold about them. HubSpot enables us to grant this access request by easily exporting users’ contact records into a machine-readable format.
