We provide metabolite profiling and identification using our samples from mass balance and PK studies (animal and human) using HPLC radiochemical detection or mass spectrometry.
Discovery Support
Our Discovery Support teams can assist in directing chemical synthesis of more metabolically stable drugs. Using our LC-MS/MS analysis of in vitro incubations from metabolic stability studies, we can identify primary routes and sites of metabolism. Our teams can also identify if metabolism is the source of poor PK parameters by providing LC-MS/MS analysis of in vivo samples (plasma and urine) from early discovery PK screening studies.
