The Aptuit Sample Management Office (SMO)* is our main repository for samples, devices, or reference standards sent by our clients for analytical testing. Our SMO provides a convenient, single point of contact for sample deliveries and provides assurance of distribution to the appropriate Aptuit analytical laboratory.
We provide the following services:
- Comprehensive documentation of receipt inventory and condition
- Client notification of sample receipts
- Logging of receipts into the Aptuit tracking system
- Distribution of samples to the appropriate Aptuit analytical laboratory
