To manage this web of information, we have developed Clinicopia Data Exchange, a system accessible by contractors, IVR vendors, and Clinical Investigator Sites. This open system allows external vendors to utilize its functionality while still maintaining their existing IT investments.

There are three possible ways to interface to Clinicopia Data Exchange:
IVR Vendors
The interface acts as a hub of information that a company hosts for its authorized IVR vendors to access. Each message received from an external system is identified and routed to the appropriate queue. Users are able to access the stored information using portal views through the internet or generic messaging built for the IVR vendor.
Contractors
The interface acts as a hub of information that a company hosts for its authorized contractors to access. Each message received from an external system is identified and routed to the appropriate queue. Users are able to access the stored information using portal views accessed through the internet or generic messaging built specifically for the contractor.
Investigators
The interface acts as a hub of information that a company hosts for its authorized investigative sites to access. Investigators connect to a supply management system through the Internet and perform their work at the clinical site. Investigators are able to enter, review, and access data using a web portal.
