The Project Manager is your advocate within Aptuit for the life span of your project and will lead the project team to ensure that Aptuit delivers the best possible service for your project. 

 

Your Project Manager will bring a wealth of experience in drug development activities relevant to your particular project. They will be intimately involved in the definition of project scope, in the planning of the work, in the implementation of the plan and in the tracking of activities. When risks are identified your Project Manager will ensure that these are recognized and satisfactorily addressed and when obstacles are encountered they will leverage the expertise of both the project team and the wider Aptuit organization to overcome them as quickly as possible.

 

At initiation of the study your Project Manager will establish your communication requirements and publish a communication plan for the team, including regular meetings and status updates.  As the project progresses your project manager will use their skills to ensure delivery of your project and to enable you to monitor and track the project from within your own organization. A variety of technical tools will be used to communicate this information. 

 

Project  deliverables are carefully monitored by the project manager to ensure milestones are met, and budgets achieved.
