We are currently seeking an Associate to work within the Physical & Analytical Chemistry group at Riccarton to provide and report data, as required by project contracts within the department.

Your responsibilities will include to plan, execute and report work within timelines given; to perform analysis efficiently, as required by the client, producing quality results and to communicate with clients internally and externally to a professional standard.

You will ideally be educated to HND/degree level or have equivalent experience with a proven track record in a hands-on technical role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the drug development process and the ability to interact with multi-disciplinary teams is a pre-requisite of this position.

You must have good Microsoft Excel skills, Microsoft Access skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word and the ability to plan and prioritise work using electronic management systems, such as Microsoft Project would be an advantage. The successful candidate will have an organised, methodical and flexible approach and be able to prioritise workload to tight deadlines.
