Executive Vice President, Operations Planning
Michael Kays has company-wide responsibility for capacity planning, project management, proposals processes and global procurement and is also a key contributor to our forecasting process and client relationship strategy.
Mike has a broad general management background and extensive experience in operations, supply chain and Lean Six Sigma. He has successfully implemented business transformation and turnaround strategies across multiple industries and cultures.
Mike is a graduate of Alfred University in New York.
His previous experience includes:
- Valeant Pharmaceuticals – Senior Vice President of Global Supply – responsible for developing and implementing a global supply strategy and manufacturing network
- Carlisle Companies - Division President of two divisions, with full responsibility for the Americas, Europe and Asia (including business groups focused on cold chain, pharmaceutical processing equipment and sterile isolation systems)
- United Technologies – Operations Site Manager, Vice President of Manufacturing and Business Unit General Manager
- Union Carbide – management of engineering and manufacturing operations
