Executive Vice President, Human Resources
Carole De Mayo is responsible for Aptuit’s human capital strategies on a worldwide basis including organizational effectiveness, workforce development, total rewards, staffing and inclusion.
Carole received her BSc degree from St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, PA.
Carole’s previous experience includes:
- Henry Schein Inc – Vice President, Global Human Resources – involved in global mergers and acquisitions and led the restructuring of the human resource function
- Symbol Technologies – Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources – responsible for all aspects of human resources and involved in the development of a values based, high performing customer driven culture
and a variety of leadership roles in:
- Long Island Lighting Company
- General Instrument Corporation
- Gas Spring Company
- FMC Corporation
